If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of one night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If reservations are made less than 10 days prior to arrival, it is non-refundable, Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. In the event of cancellation, any deposit paid will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge in full for any reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date and will do this especially in high season. We advise you to consider travel insurance in the event of cancellation.
